Your sessions are very important to me and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your session without giving enough notice, someone else misses the opportunity to fill that session time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All sessions are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I am very conscious of how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked a month ago. Much less, a week or two! Since the service(s) are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply: - Less than 24 hours notice = forfeiture of your deposit or charge equal to 50% of your session's total. - “NO SHOWS” = charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Sessions booked within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of session time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. - ALL services require a VALID credit card at the time of booking. -Multi-service sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. -2 no-call/no-shows = you will no longer be able to patron ZANAesthetic and future attempts to book, will be immediately canceled upon receipt. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the session on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is charged to you. As the fee is not charged for successful sessions, you will be expected to pay for the remaining balance of your session in full upon completion of the service(s). Canceling your session, if necessary, allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any last minute availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
